A clean room door has a controlled level of tainting that is indicated by the quantity of particles /m3 and by the most extreme molecule size. To give a point to view, the outer environment would be considered around a 5,000,000 class cleanroom, Wall frames are produced from 1.2, thick stainless steel or power coated galvanized steel sheet to a single rebate profile of size 100mm x 58mm. Border printed vision window of 6mm thick toughened clear glass can be provided in any rectangular size to both side of the door leaf. The air entering a clean room from outside is separated to bar dust and the air inside is always recycled through High Efficiency P articulate air (HEPA) and Ultra Low Penetration air(ULPA) channels to evacuate inside produced contaminants. The wall frames are installed on brick/block walls or plastered openings with the help of anchor fasteners. These sliding doors are regularly used in this sector as it increases the size of the door opening. Sliding doors can operate manually or under automation.

DORMED SYSTEMS door frames are extruded aluminium doors with a polyester powder coat paint finish, allowing us to field bond the frame to our UPVC wall for a flush finish. Standard frames are a gray finish, and alternate colors are available. We also offer stainless steel door frames for all door types. Door frames include an integrated bubble gasket seal on (3) sides of the frame. Door leafs are made from 0.8mm thick stainless steel or galvanized steel sheet with powder coating farmed to provide a 46mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with lock seam joints as the side edges. Honeycomb kraft paper or Polyurethane is used as IN-FILL to give the required rigidity and effective acoustic insulation.
